Technically it is an “ultrasonic alkalized water kefir with wild herbs”. Hand-picked ingredients & local Finnish producers combined with innovative production process and fermentation is something Helsinki has been waiting for… Taste it yourself!
Unlike many sweet alcohol free wines, KYLMÄTEE is rather dry, and each wine (Whitee, Rosee & Reed) are designed to be paired with food or as it is. Works also really well as it is or in moctails.
